On Win 7, the game save and config files are normally located in the following
Delete the game saves first and then try to run SpinTires.
If that does not work then delete all the files under your Users' SpinTires folder, the game should generate new files.
AppData is normally a hidden folder and one method of opening folders under that folder tree is to enter a search for SpinTires e.g. use Windows Explorer and search for SpinTires.
