No more K-700

Why is it removed?

The 3d model of the kirovets and its truck.xml file have been removed from the game files.
There are only the 3d model and the xml file of its wheels. And this means that the tractor has been removed intentionally.
Don't know why.

They did remove Legacy 2 wth tha is absolute sht

Rumormill suggests it may be copyright (which goes hand in hand with the removal of the game from the store).

But no one actually knows why. Sadly, Oovee has always been REALLY bad about addressing things like that within a few months, and when they do finally speak, it usually reads like this: "NDA KTHXBAILOLZ." That usually lead to rumors, from the game being finally abandoned for good, to Oovee finally folding.

The thing is, even if you find a K700 mod that drives and looks like the original, it won't replace the original as far as saved game files are concerned. That is one of my issues. I have a saved game with a K700 and I can't resume it because the truck is missing. Not a tragedy, but inconvenient for sure.

Yeah that's all out the window. I was playing The Flood and my trucks are where i left them , except the K700 and the maps pretty much all in black even trucks in the garage, Despite me finding the cloaks

In my case, I can't even load the saved game with the K700. It's interesting that you can load it, but the truck shows up black. Either way, it's unacceptable.

Sorry, no the map is black but when i click on the truck icon on the left it jumps to them where i left them and there's no cloaking to remove! But i drive around leaving a 'snail trail' white initial explore, but i can't open the whole map up clear. Trucks are fine - i tried starting it with the K-700 from the workshop but don't know if it's there yet or one of the hidden vehicles??

Well this is weird. Now I can load that saved game, but it went back a few versions to where I hadn't explored the map much. I am able to remove cloaking, and in the current version of the saved game I haven't yet come across the K700 that's hiding somewhere on the map. I wonder what would happen when I find it. Maybe it's not on the map at all.

lol good luck! It's on the island (far right) when you first leave the level to cross directly over the road to the right -or used to be... I'm hoping the one i put in and restarted is there. It's ironic that the K700 is fine in MR. So it's probably a 'IP' rights to whom made it and hasn't been paid or whatever and has pulled it from Oovee and Zane will probably be in court anytime soon lol

Nope none of the mods i've installed from the net show up for the K-700 :(
