Подключаю руль, захожу в настройки, но поменять ничего нельзя, в самой игре нет реакции. Игра просто не видит руль и никак на него не реагирует.

Which steering wheel? I've played with a Logitech G920 + shifter without any problems.
Does the wheel get reconized in other games?
