Can't Play Online Multiplayer With Mods

So because I have no friends, I try playing online in Spin Tires, but every time I try making my own lobby even with the vanilla maps. So everyone (random players) join the game, and every time I choose modded vehicles and play the games, I begin the game, it loads in, but I'm alone, still in the server, but with all the vehicles and the map chosen.

Keep in mind, every vehicle was downloaded from the Steam Workshop, but when they are chosen, the game says it isn't 'certified' so it shows up with a red arrow, hence nobody else joining the game.

I have only had this game for 2 days from typing this, so I don't know a bit about it (I do play BeamNG and Rigs Of Rods, so I somewhat know what im talking about in general)

Some tips on how to make this work would be amazing. Thanks in advance!

And just to add, mods work perfectly every time I load into a different player's multiplayer game...

are you unchecking the "certified mods" box? it's right at the top of the MP window for starting a lobby.

Yep, every single time I uncheck both boxes, create the lobby, and the whole ordeal happens. Its super annoying.

strange indeed, hopefully someone who might have had this problem can chime in and help. personally i rarely have had problems, so while i like to try and help when i can there are times i get just as stumped as you. lol

I think I figured out the problem (ish) I was able to play the game with a friend even on a modded map, so it works fine. Either SpinTires just had to fix itself for a sec or everyone that said they downloaded the mods were lieing...

Or it will just not want to show the mods to other people... I went to a prerunner map, selected a bunch of PreRunner's, and nobody joined even though one of them said they had the mods.

that red arrow indicates that it's not a certified mod and a "certified" mod is a mod created by oovee and a non certified mod is a mod created by the public where with public created mods they don't always work 100% and if you choose a vanilla map or a mod map you could sit in the lobby after you have chosen your vehicles to see if anyone shows up and if your going for all the achievements in the game i would suggest not using mod vehicles because that will disable achievements
