There are basically 2 type of maps. Those with MODS and those without MODS.

First, unzip the file into a temp folder to your drive. Then...

For a map with no mods, simply Copy and Paste the 2x (***.dds & ***.stg) files into your ST's Media/levels folder.

For a map with mods, Copy and Paste the ***.dds & ***.stg files into the Media/levels folder and Copy & Paste the rest to your Spintires folder.

Of course, this all depends on how the Author setup the zipped file. Let us know if you are still having a problem.

What the hell is "steam common file" ????
And if you mean the installation folder, you forgot the \MEDIA\levels ;-)
