Play multiplayer with mods ?

Hello, me and my friend are trying to play the game with custom trucks from workshop, we all download the same one but when we try to play the game say "Disable this options is Multipalyer game settings"

We tryed both certified and non certified mod but it is not working

Uncheck the "Play active achievements games only" before you create a lobby.
