I dont think so. but the "creative mode" can be used to build a base or get the materials fast, easy and "cheating". but other that that i have seen, soooooooo... happy cheating? i gues XP

Well, you can spawn mobs and grab items at creative mode. You can also disable drop of items on dead. There are few more commands, just check them out :D

the "creative" mode is just pressing T on the keyboard to open the console and then typing /c which adds an extra button to the top center of the screen that looks like a palette. That button will open a container with big stacks of most of the items in the game.

There actually are quite a few dev commands commands/cheats, you can see some of them if you open the chat with T and then press tilde (~) which should display some of them on a window on the middle of the screen.

All you have to do is quit to the main menu (or quit the game) and then choose the character you were playing on. Everything that is in should regenerate.

Hey guys I just wanted to know how to switch back to survival. Because knowing that if I get into trouble I can get to creative and then switch back but I dont know how. Thanks!

There isn't really a specific "survival" or "creative" setting, using the creative cheat (/c) in chat just adds the creative/dev button to the HUD at the top center that contains most of the items in the game. If you type /c again the button will go away.

Should still work. Press T to open chat, then use the command "/c" without the quotes. It'll add a little button to top center of the HUD that gives you access to most of the items in the game.
