Huge framerate drops with therapist cutscenes
It happened before the bedroom and after the kitchen. That's 2 cutscenes with the therapist so far.

The framerates can go up to the single digits. Changing the graphics quality does nothing while the cutscenes are playing. It's only fixed temporarily when selecting escape that takes you to the options menu, then it's back after a couple of seconds.

I reported this with the demo a good while ago. I'm pretty disappointed that nothing has been done to fix it.

Hello again, yes, I remember your thread well, I reported this to the rest of the team and to be frank, we couldn't reproduce this and it shouldn't happen, so it could be something related to a specific part of your setup. We'll do some more digging. I'm sorry that you're experiencing this, but I hope it doesn't ruin the overall fun too much.

It does seem like a rare problem since I don't see anyone mention it. Which is really weird considering the specs of my hardware are very strong. So it doesn't feel like my pc can't handle it. It feels like a memory leak issue but I'm not very knowledgeable on these things.

It got in the way, but at least I could temporarily fix it by pressing esc every few seconds. So that helps even if it's annoying.

Either way, thank you for reporting it and looking into it. I'm now 100% done with the game and I can only hope it won't affect others.

I have the same problem. Went to video settings and realized that the game turns fullscreen off every time it's loading a new area. After turning fullscreen back on everything is smooth again. Is there any way to force the game to stay at fullscreen?
