Dungeaon behind the cheap inn + Valflame supreme

ok I am almost at the end, I guess and I have 2 issues:

1) I cannot find the final orb that will open the last gate in the dungeon ,situated behind the cheap inn (underground passage, Hakudeti city).

2) I need the hell rubble and the sacred pearl to unlock the valflame supreme , but no merchant seems to sell them. Where can I find them?

Have you try a donation to the nun at the church?

1) I'd keep running around the floor with the pillars. All of the orbs and all of the pillars are in the same screen/room - all the orbs are in gray chests.
2) Valflame Supreme is very easy to get AFTER you clear the underground dungeon. Once you do, the merchant in the town square looking part of the town's central area gets new stock in - he sells hell rubble.
