Punkbuster Inadequate OS privileges -=FIX=-
Copied steam.dll and steam2.dll from the steamlibrary to SteamApps\common\Call of Duty 2
And changed CoD2MP_s.exe to run in compatibility mode with Windows XP (Service Pack 3)
This made the punkbuster inadequate OS privileges go away.
