the first one is a reference to the legend of zelda (nes), and the 3rd is a refrence to castlevania II simons quest. I dont know if they do anything besides being a fun reference.

Theres a room with a Lion Statue with a blinking eye and a place filled with spikes that makes it impossible to go to.
Wth is that place
