How do you beat Glitch World?
Can you beat it or is it just there to mess with you?

i asked the same thing... we believe its there to mess you up. ;)
cause you get 3 screens and no way back to save it.

I was reading and it gives you an achivement called "DEV room" or something like that

It is but an Easter Egg. When you enter it, you are trapped until your eventual death. The sole consolation is the "Glitch World" achievement, acquired the first time you go there.
