The only other thing I can think of is to feed Trevor with the Cookie in every possible location.
Enno, I finally got the achievement by using the end of episode 1 save game found here:
http://savegame-download.com/broken-sword-5-the-serpents-curse-savegame-100-pc/
and then playing through the sequence as listed by those who have already unlocked the achievement, so give it a go.
Thanks Dave, it worked. How did you even come up with trying an external save? And even more important, why did this work?
It is the same save file I shared before however I deleted my post by mistake. Happy that worked for you all
I found it originally from a youtube site http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=p3eXGyQTDuk with the search of "Broken Sword 5: The Serpent's Curse - save game 100% complete"
Well, basically I was fed up of having to work through the game each time and had a sneaking suspicion something was wrong with our existing saves if the achievement was not unlocking. Maybe we routinely missed something in the early game that stopped the achievement unlocking, though what that could be I have no idea - it was obviously not something major or we would not have been able to progress to that point. However, we are finally sorted. Now just the elusive 'game complete' achievement remains.
This achievement stats website lists one person with Game Complete, and, looking at the timestamps, I see he got it immediately after the tutorial, and nothing else. That's strange.
(See the same player here:
http://www.achievementstats.com/index.php?action=profile&playerId=76561197984658225&mode=history&gameId=262940#aid53632
And this player got it after finishing the second half, probably as intended:

I'm guessing it's just has a bad bug.)
In Episode 1, left click on the dead mouse labeled 'Stretch Goal' when in the Vera Security office during the daytime.
Then when George and Nico first arrive at the Castell in Catalonia, George is confronted with a goat. Feed the goat an apple and then the provenance. THEN feed the goat the yarn and afterwards the Rich Tea Biscuit. The goat will talk to George.
Finally when Nico is in control, go back to the goat. Interact with the goat.
I Call It The Dreamatorium (Easter Egg)
When George and Nico are locked in the secret cave in Santa Cova chapel they are in darkness. George has to interact with the 'Bottomless Pit' and then use either Trevor or the hammer on the 'Imaginary Malicious Denizen' and the 'Figment of the Imagination'.
Game Complete (Achievement)
There has been an issue with the achievement. In the next update this will be fixed and the achievement should trigger when you finish the game.
In my case it did only work when I gave Shears the tea biscut
I gave Sheards the tea biscut as previous player did.
When did you gave Shears the biscuit? I gave it to him right before i entered the cave to eden and the achievement didn't unlock.
