Impossible to play -_-
So it might be a good idea to contact the support of the developer via mail:
support@revolution.co.uk
And to write to the forum of the developer:
http://forum.revolution.co.uk/
(I think they might read their own forum on a more regular basis)
From the screenshot of the error message it seems to be something connected with the sound playback (OpenAL is a kind of a sound software interface). The picture upload center you're using seems to be french, right? If you're playing the game set to french I would try to bypass this situation setting the game to english before this crash appears and back to french afterwards. Just in case there's an error that only appears with a certain order of play with the french localization or you got a faulty download of a french localization file. Just a wild guess though. But worth a try...
I try english voice and same problem :(
"I just reinstalled the audio drivers and same pb :(
Sound in the game is incredibly speed… and impossible to play."
What does it mean? That the voiceover is played too fast?
What's your primary/default audio device? Something unusual like a USB headphones?
That the voiceover is played too fast? " I dont know, game crash after 5s
What's your primary/default audio device? It's a realteak HD Audio Alc 892 integrated chipset desactivated on bios.
My headphone is Sennheiser Pc 360 3.5 jack
Look this dude :(
If the realtek HD Audio is deactivated in the BIOS which audio device/sound card are you using?

?
From your video it seems to be more like a music loop or stuttering music.
If you google for "Asus Xonar stuttering" you find a lot of people having problems with this sound card. If the most current audio driver for the card doesn't work maybe you should disable it in the hardware manager, activate the onboard Realtek audio in BIOS, install its driver and play the game with the onboard audio.
It's only on this game, all game works full perfect
The easiest way to find out if this assumption is true is to disable your Asus Xonar sound card and use the Realtek onboard soundchip.
You don't need to plug your sound card out. It's enough to disable it in the Windows hardware manager. Then enable the onboard Realtek sound in the BIOS and install it's drivers. You can find the most current Realtek drivers here: http://www.realtek.com/downloads/
(choose "High Definition Audio Codecs (Software)", accept the following terms & click on Next, download and afterwards install the Realtek drivers matching your Windows)
If Broken Sword 5 works with the onboard Realtek sound you'll know at least what the cause is and can then decide if you can live with onboard sound until you've finished the game.
