Should I buy or just play corporation inc 2 instead?

I decided to buy and I am enjoying the game. I think that Smooth Operators has more to it than Corporation Inc. An example would be that you have to employ three different kinds of base employees, as well as janitors, IT techs, managers, etc. You have to balance the base employee's work to make sure it all gets done.

Personally, I think it's more of a challenge.
