i figured out how to do it. you need to find all the wisps on the original mpa first then the refurbished map. once youve done that you can head to that sign and the code will show.. go put that in and youll have finished the halloween event and unlock some things

Yeah the code is different for every player. Once you've found all the wisps on both the original jungle gym and the refurbished jungle gym, you go back to the ?????? board and it will display your unique code.
