Game won't launch

Hi, I've updated my computer, steam and checked for game updates. My system appears to meet the requirements but I still can't get the game to launch. Any other suggestions or things I can check?

What happens when you try to launch the game? Does it show an error message or a black screen, or does it do something else?

If there's an error message, post it here.

It opens with the game logo, then proceeds to another screen with developer name, then goes black and eventually exits back out to steam. I may have jumped the gun (mum trying to work this out for her son) I just updated AMD and will see if this has fixed it...

That seems to have fixed it, sorry for the inconvenience trying to keep up with the updates is killing me :S
