How involved is Team Ninja

Big fan of Team Ninja so I'm curious if they're just a support studio or actually deeply involved in development.

Really depends. I would assume that Team Ninja will be responsible for making the combat, nice and fluid. Since most of their games are combat focused.

I hope its hard errr I mean challenging AF. or at least have some variation of ninja master mode. no QTE. 50+ hrs long

Sure PlatinumGames must have been making the hardest work, but I am sure Team Ninja must have been overseeing and cooperating with them to make Ninja Gaiden 4 as awesome as we can expect!
