Are there AI voice actors in the game?

I can't tell if it's AI or just choppy audio with some poor dialogue choices, but it was so distracting that I had to mute the character audio.

This is how the game uses a voice actor created with the help of AI, among other things.
There are no other elements created in this way in our game.

We don't want to lie to our players. We don't see the point of it. AI is used for character voices in the game but nowhere else. There is a good chance that we will replace the AI generated voices for the full version of the game :) of course we will also replace them then in the prologue. But we will keep you informed

I didnt even pay attention to the character voices because I though the dialogue was too lenthy.
But I see... I hope you reconsider using actual VAs in the future

I hope you do eventually get real voiceactors for the voices!
Because, overall, the game is actually really well put together!
I just don't see myself buying the full game if the AI isn't removed from it.

Would be cool to also state it on the steam store page somewhere if you do keep the AI voices, just for the sake of transparency!

We will most likely change the character's voice at the beginning of the game to a voice recorded by a real voice actor :)
