Cant start the game

Hi, am i the only one who can't start the game after the login? When i press start nothing happens...

Could it be due to a failed update? Why don't you try deleting all related files and reinstalling?

lmk if anyone finds a fix please, i have all the requirements and PLENTY of ram and gbyts on my laptop and have tried to uninstall and reinstall twice with no avail

Yes, without problem. I haven't encountered any trouble about launching in the game so far.

Same, haven't been able to play on Steam in at least a month now I think? I downloaded the Epic launcher and play it through there for now, but I miss Steam. If it's effecting so many people why isn't it fixed yet?

Just tried and it doesn't launch for me either this is frustrating

I am not offered to update the game, reinstalling the game did not help. does anyone have such a problem? it says "restart the game to update", but restarting does not help

This happened to me and I finally figured out I had to download and install "Visual C++ Redistributable Packages for Visual Studio 2013" which you can find here > https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=40784

I am playing on a new computer so I thought I was going crazy. o.O After I installed that, it finally launched the game when I selected 'Play'. Hope this helps!
