Loss progression

I don't think I made an Archosaur account as it connected automatically via Steam, and I needed to format my computer and I'm unfortunate enough to find that I can no longer access my character in-game.
I was on Clear Moon and perhaps stupidly thought that my progress was saved via Steam Cloud, is there any way to remedy this? I was level 45+ and I put a bit of money into it, I'd be deeply disgusted if I lost it all.

Hi! By any chance do you think you connected it to any other linkable accounts like twt or email for example. I do know they send mails recently saying that if accounts weren't connected to an archosaur account then they'd be deleted but I believe that was only certain areas. Your account should still be there but sometimes steam cloud does mess up :( I'd definitely ask redditors as the community is very active on there.

I tried clicking on ‘I've forgotten my password’ but when I entered either my username or my steam email address it told me that there was no account linked... that's why I'm completely lost but I really don't remember creating an account on Archosaur and yes the steam cloud completely screwed up on several saves of other games that I had installed, it didn't work so I'm screwed for other games too, I'm furious...
I must admit I don't use Reddit at all :c

When you first started the steam game, you could have specified a different email address. Check other email addresses if you have any.

i just lost mine yesterday too. :( made a new account and surprisingly my main is still on influence ranking an hasn't been deleted. but i cant log in because i never made an archosaur account through steam either it auto-logged me , hopefully customer service replies

If you've played on your phone before, in order to access your progress on PC, you need to perform a couple of simple manipulations in the phone version of the game.
