HELP!!! Failed to Upload Image

I'm trying to both change my profile picture and my character's face in the design studio. Every time I try and save the new face in a slot, it says "Failed to upload image. Please Try Again Later". I also take pictures and it won't change my profile image even if I click "Use As Avatar".

I also can't change my pfp no matter what I do. I hear this is a months old bug that they have not fixed.

I contacted support and they said they would work on this issue but I haven't heard anything back and that was last week :/

its def a game problem because I have so many issues with it running on pc :c

It's mid April now when I started playing the game and I can't still change my pfp haha

adopted a dog require this feature too and they still haven't fixed it :(

Apparently there are some workarounds, but for me the only thing that worked was downloading it onto my phone and changing it on that before continuing to play on pc.
