Conclusion of Early Access thus far

Hello everyone, Its time for us to talk about the future of Dragon Eclipse.

First of all, in the name of everyone at Awaken Realms allow me to thank you for all the support and feedback that you've been showering us with. The overall receival of the game has been amazing and it tells us that we are doing something right, and that really pushes us forward.

Now the serious stuff... While reviews are absolutely amazing, to put it simply, the game didn't generate as much traction as we'd have hoped so the early access will be kept rather short. This doesn't mean that we are giving up on the project, quite the opposite actually.

Over the next 6 months, every 2 weeks, we will be releasing a major content update. Those updates will aim to expand on the story of the game, add new mystlings, enemies and bosses, as well as improve UX and the overall feel of the game. First update is scheduled for next week (probably around Friday), and will include a bunch of new stuff.

We are motivated to finish the game and deliver it in a state that we'd consider to be an industry standard. At the same time, we're trying to look forward: we will direct some of our attention to working on another game. Thus even after Dragon Eclipse gets released in 1.0 make sure to stick around and we might just have something cool in store for you. We're teeming with ideas, and we can't wait to show them to everyone.

thank you for the update! I am not a pc gamer, so I dusted off my old laptop to be able to play this. And while it is slow on my machine (its not you, its me), I have loved it and unlocked all I could as quick as I could. Its a blast, and as a backer I am looking forward to more content added and the physical copy as well. Thank you for all the team's hard work!

I think the game is a great potential, but i have to say, i think walking around is a waste of time and is sluggish and boring. Honestly i believe a map and click where you would like to take on next would be better and also be easier to manage for you guys im sure.
