Musgoat Dashboard

Does the Musgoat actually have a functioning dashboard you can find? I have seen the old fashion dashboard for the other car and the slightly more modern dashboard for the truck, however, I have never seen the dashboard that matches the Musgoat. If anyone has obtained it, can you please post a screenshot of the dashboard.

I don't think there is one. The 2 circle displays on the Musgoat dash have needles that you can see move for speed and I think fuel, but the markings are blurred. The dashboard for the car and truck start out clear for me but blur also after I start driving. I've tried changing video quality display options but nothing seems to help. Hopefully they clear this up.
