If you're running in a different language than english set the game to english. There's been a fix for this. So check for latest version. If you have it maybe they haven't catched all localizations. If it works pls. report.

Also: Making screenshots and linking them here might help to determine the problem. (Steam overlay uses F12 for screenshots and allows sharing on steam rather easily)

If you have all of the parts you can look up your game logs to find the missing or wrong ones. They are accessible though

C:\Users\"USER"\AppData\Local\DriveBeyondHorizons\Saved\Logs

Don't forget to replace "USER" with your actual user name on your PC.

Once you find the logs start you game save remove one part from the car and put it back. Then open your most recently edited log and scroll to the very bottom. It'll have a line similar to

LogBlueprintUserMessages: [None] BP_Pontiac_BackSeat_L_C_2137377816 is a wrong part on: PontiacCar_C_2137379205.CarBackSeat_R expected: BP_Pontiac_BackSeat_R_C

That line of code will tell you what you have installed and what should be there. The above Example say that the Left back seat for the Pontiac is installed into the right seat postion.

Also, cleaning and painting are NOT necessary to get the achievement.

Man you deserve a medal. Thanks to you I finally completed the IFA. Seems that during a crash i lost a carpet and the right glass was the left glass.
This is a game change!!
i have no idea how to do any of that, i am using the 48, the interior is very bare bones and there are no green slots left other than the turbo and under-glow all the parts had been taken directly from the exact make model of the car, nothings missing and id assume the cars would only have there designated parts, i even have all the small parts like the horn, trunk lights and visors, i assure you all parts are there and nothings missing, tbh i dont even know the cars in game name or if it has an achievement
The post that was quoted from me is a step by step process to review the issues in the game logs, I can help walk you through it if you like or you'll have to wait for the dev tool to accomplish this.
a dev tool if possible please, im in no rush, i understand the games in early development and has its kinks to work out, take all the time that is needed, im just appreciative for the support and ability to play the game.

That's what they are working on.

you still have to verify with logs until you are confidant in right pieces from left. The wiki lists parts for almost every vehicle as 2x this or 2x that when there is a definite left and right variant of the part. The logs will tell you if the part is attached to the correct side, not that its just correct for the car.
i am positive, i have 2 rear bench seats no front
on the tucker theres no real one or the other sided parts either
it also seems to spawn with the wrong seats, unless the front bench is in the car when it loads it spawn Lada seats around it, not the bench
nvm, i found the seat and put it in, still no achievement, at this point i have 0 idea
