game will not play

maybe it my computer not sure its only a few moths old but the game wont play says something about Microsoft visual++

Have you tried the different Launch options of the Game? Perhaps your Graphics Card does not support DX12.

Also try validating your game files, perhaps it skipped or you canceled the redistributable installation which is required.
It pops up when you start the game for the first time.

it gives me the option for DX11 but still wont work. maybe its my graphics card. im new to pc so still learning.

It should not be your graphics card, please take a screenshot of the popup you mentioned and share it with us.
I suspect Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributables, a free software extension, is missing on your PC
