Can be either visual effects, which can be turned off via text editor OR it's the movement of the camera in car, bobbing and stuff.
Maybe camera shake does this. Does you feel bad when you walk or when you ride?

I had to take dramamine when I played vr games and its the only thing that helps with motionsickness, but it also can make you sleepy lol.

ill repurchase it and try in the future if they ever add more setting options or 3rd person mode. taking medicine for a game is too much for me

Only game to ever do this to me was Fallout 4 on console.

I haven't felt this with Drive, but I feel like the default FOV is almost too far back, if anything. I'm not sure if that slider would be of any help to you, since I believe the smaller FOV is usually the culprit for motion sickness in games.

I hope someone mode this for you or developers really do something about it. Hope you will play it in the future.
