Golden Precision not working

I have found the toilet with the two hairs and the achievement still doesn't work. Any suggestions?

Start a new game/save/run. Without exiting the game or leaving to menu: drive to a chameleon station and try again.

There should be 2 hairs in the toilet in which the achievement is counted.
This is a large gas station with a chameleon on the roof, a small garage and automatic doors in the store.
I also couldn't complete this achievement for a long time, now I have created a new game in Infinity mode, reached this station, peed in the toilet and the achievement was immediately counted.

im on my 10th restart and it doesnt seem to work for me either, same with getting a friend drunk off the drunk piss (pissing in a container doesnt fill it, neither does pissing in empty gas tank for the other achievement)

My gf got this seed which has the gas station at 1.92 km:
1824845441

On previous seeds I never got the achievement, on this seed I got it first try.

It breaks when you use some ingame options (like M or N), best way to do them is to start a NEW game (multiplayer for the "get a buddy drunk" thing) and do them all there at once without doing anything else, then go back to your "normal" save.
There are a few other posts with instructions how to get em quick and easy.
