Storage System

What I think could really improve the game was some sort of storage system. Let´s say there are some sort of garages as a POI, where you can store cars as well as parts. Declutters the world, makes stuff not disapear. Also might give the option to store a car at garage 1 and access it again on garage 2. (would cut, back and forth towing etc.)
Also this should not be too hard to implement I guess?

this but make this garage spawn fully empty so it doesnt keep spawnin a bunch of items you dont want, it would be "your" place
