You mean fuel tank lid?
The simplest way to determine what is missing/wrong: Go to your savegame folder, go one level up in the folder hierarchy, look for a folder logs, then in there for a file drivebeyondhorizons.log. Open it in an editor (windows notebook for example) scroll down to the last line and then go up backwards and look for "[none]" marker where you find hints on what might be wrong. If there is no [none] tag look for the word empty as it may indicating a missing part.

If there is a lot of other stuff: Remove a part (steering wheel) and put it back in after a few seconds. This will trigger a new set of log entries. Then reload and start again at the last line.

I encountered a problem with the rear side windows. These are specific for either side. 2 left ones will look right, but will not work for the achievement. This will show up under the none tag as something glass related with abbreviations. To my understanding of the changelog with the latest update they should highlight yellow as compatible but not right instead of green for right part, right place. I haven't been able to check yet as my game crashed permanently with fatal error (I've deleted all files and re-installed new now, need to do everything from zero).

c18. 63/64. The tank is on the other side, and the lid is placed on it from the inside from behind the right wheel, it is almost invisible, this is a bug. It will be 64\64
