Much easier than the trampoline and stacking objects together.
Another way: Put 2 pieces of scrapwood or a wood panel and a pallet on top. Step onto the pallet and then grab the item below it. You'll be catapulted up. It takes some exercise and experience to fly in the right direction and letting the piece go in time to land where you want.
