How to get another car to move

The first car works fine but any car i find i cant get it to move. so i put in engine tires battary radiator car starts but doesnt move what am i missing????

you also sometimes need to make sure the car has an ignition. the keyhole basiclly. ive had to move that to a car as well. so the three pedals sometimes. the gear shift the keyhole and steeringwheel.

the basics to get a car moving, you need an engine with oil, a battery (with enough power), an ignition (a keyhole basically) 4 wheels, 3 pedals, a shifter and possibly a handbrake. diesel or petrol (make sure its the correct fuel or it wont turn on) and a seat, with all of that your car should be fully mobile.
