How to activate it? There is no console in the game, or secret hot keys... to activate debug.

As its UE game, you need a little program to actually activate the command line but it does work for I think all UE made games. It's called UEEditor. Try this.

There is one nuance.... The engine console and the developer menu are not the same thing on the UE engine. In the console, you can rather tinker with the settings... And the developer menu is a kind of cheat menu, from which you can change inaccessible game settings or spawn objects right in front of you. Unfortunately, you cannot spawn objects from the console in UE. How many games were released on this engine and I have never seen that this console had commands for spawning objects.
