Anyway to end a run early in Infinite Mode?
Basically title. Anyway to end it early? Haven't found a zombie in forever and starving is taking forever. Anyway to just end the run?

What are you trying to do exactly OP? if you're done with your run, hit Escape and quit? Start a new one? I'm not sure anyone is going to understand your issue as your issue is solely on you to correct...
