The pedals look so similar, how do I tell which is which? Also, do I HAVE to find the Triclops license plates? Or will any do like other cars?
Rear lights are easy, they are unique fender pieces. I found out the brake and clutch pedals are the same part and can be interchanged according to the logs. I was missing the rear license plate. Once I found that, I got the achievement no problem. Finished the Triclops at 53km
Found tons of the vehicle and doors, but they never have the panel on them, all other doors do.
The other item listed in the Log file is "dash empty" or something to that effect, but I don't know if that counts towards the achievement. I can't find anything that goes anywhere on the dash. (have radio, ignition, brake, and gear-shifter).

You are probably missing the Speedometer. It's a round white display like a frisbee or a plate. Goes in the middle of the dash right above the steering column
