Just to cover it, I also used the wiki as a check list, and even completely disassembled the cars and put them back together piece by piece and still it would not trigger.
Are the clutch and break pedals of the UAZ interchangeable? The images in the wiki are not very precise and seem to show a small difference, yet I tried with 5 pedals in different combinations. I have ALL the lights and riffraff, still no achievement.
Problem seemed to be that a seatbelt thingy was at the right location (behind driver's shoulder), but registered as not attached to the car. Must have become loose on a crash or something. :-D
Also, as I have learned since my previous post in this thread, MANY of the vehicles have parts listed on the wiki as needing 2x this or 2x that when in the game this is completely wrong as the car would need a left side and right side variant of that part.
And THERE is what is screwing up so many people on completing these cars. You're more than likely using a part from the wrong side of the car.
But we can check! and here's how:
open the game, load your save. Take one part off your car then put it back on.
Now, tab out and open the most recently edited file located in
\AppData\Local\DriveBeyondHorizons\Saved\Logs
The bottom line of that file should show you attaching that part, what it was, and if it is installed correctly. You can also search this file, and most recent backup file in that folder for the following terms:
is a wrong part on
doing this will find any errors that popped up when you installed a part previously.
Just as an example wiki has Bomphiac (firebird) needing 2x rear seats. This is incorrect. There is a definite left and right variant to the back seats. Remove these seats, look at them from the back at the bottom, and you'll notice they are in fact different. There's countless more like this too. The triclops turn signals front are not identical, there is a left and right. Almost every car has some form of this. The wiki is very wrong.

This guide is very useful for things like that, I just translated it to English from chrome and its very helpful.
