coop problem

hi, i play with my wife and we have multiples problems:
-impossible to join a server with the password, we have to send request by steam to join
-the landscape around the road is not the same for both of us sometimes so it glitch and if she drive, i'm hard stuck in the ground or fly in the air
-impossible to share the save, i mean to launch the game alone if she create it, it could be nice to have a share of the server, like an admin mode
-its 3 times in a row that our save cancel and we have to play a new game in infinite
-when she drive alone too far of me, 5km, the road and landscape is not generating. if i'm the one who create the server. if its the opposite, i'm disconnected of the game and all my stuff is lost.
