LOW FPS ON TOP GPU

I'm playing on an i5 11400F, 32GB, and RTX 3080, and the GPU doesn't load more than 30%, the FPS is also low, no more than 30, whether it's in 2K or Full HD, the same thing. Has anyone fixed this?

I have the same problem too. I have an AMD Ryzen 7 5700X3D processor, 64GB of RAM and an RTX 3070Ti and my FPS doesn't go above 15.

The same. But what's interesting is that during the saving process (while the inscription "saving..." is in progress in the upper right corner) - everything is fine with the FPS and the lags disappear. As soon as the game is saved - the drops again
