Maybe the DEV of The Long Drive got back and claimed most of the content in the Drive beyond horizon as his intellectual property ...just a guess since many say both are different...but anyone with at least one good eye can see alot paralells...thats often enough

Yeah no, that is absolutely not enough. DMCA for copyright music or something sure. Similarities to a game the original devs hardly care about? Doubt it.
