Skyline GTR Gauage/Dash Missing

I've check every stop for the last 60km, plenty of them spawning. The only thing I am missing is the gauges/Dash board.

I found plenty. Its just statistics and confirmation bias. since no car spawns with every part, you will get less and less parts you're missing up until that one evil part thats missing for completion. I promise you next time you do a new game the first thing you'll find is that damn gauge :D
