Game Breaking Bug for Multiplayer Black and White Drunk Effect Controls locked.

Symptoms: Upon Join of multiplayer session, Drunk Wavy effect, black and white visual, all controls locked, not all objects loaded.

I have a friend who is hosting his game in Ukraine. I tried joining from Florida Yesterday and My friend from California tried joining. Without a loading screen we join in and experience this. The host can see us but we are inactive. We cant move. Tried it again today, my friend and I are still experiencing it.

Anyone else have this?

Yes, you need to wait patiently another 2 minutes or so until the game starts loading (depending on internet speed and ping). The blurry image isn't the game but some kind of pre-loading screen. I see it only shortly (for about 5 seconds) when I join a friend in the same country as me. He has a better computer than I but slower upload rate with his internet plan. Slowest part of any multiplayer rigging determines loading times. And loading time of the game can get very long even for solo player if you do a lot of saving.

Thanks I finally loaded in.. it took almost ten minutes, and after even though the host was driving normally, for me he was rubber banding all over the place. after about 3 more minutes the glitches calmed down and we could play... thanks
