They only did that for people that is streaming the game so that they don't get strikes on their streaming accounts for copyright infringement that why the radio is like that

Nice suggestion for the future but for now just turn off Music ingame and play your Music on Spotify, same result and the Developers can focus on more important stuff.

no its not the same result cause its not immersive i wanna hear the music fade away and i wanna hear the sound of my friends radios if they catch up to me it would add alot of fun and cozy vibes

It should be simple to allow the player to point the game to a music directory and then load mp3's into the radio. You could just slot player fed content into the spaces the spotify content would normally go into. It'd be seamless. I always wondered by GTA didn't do this and allow players to load their own music into a 'custom' radio station that was all in game fake ads and talk shows but had player fed music content. It isn't a complicated idea.
