Siphoning gas and climbing ladders

Does anyone know if you can remove gas/diesel from a car's tank to be able to do a motor swap? And I see ladders everywhere, like water towers, radio towers, but it seems like you can't climb them. And I have seen people say you can climb onto buildings in general, haven't figured out a way to do that either.

I don't know about the stairs, but emptying the tank of the cars is easy. You just have to tilt them with the tank nozzle open, you put two tires on the opposite side of the tank, when the car is tilted with the tank open, its content drops

You can not climb ladders, but you can parkour on top of buildings by using barrels or other objects

Take the front wheel off also. It's both tires on the same side as the gas tank. At least, this was the case in the demo.

I did watch a streamer play the full game at release and this did not work for the vehicle they were using. If this was removed from the game then it just seems nonsensical, especially with no alternative such as siphoning.

Way easier. Take any container you don't need and do the same way like you want to refuel the car, then when the container is attacjed to the fuel tank, scroll up or down and that will change the direction of liquid

I don't see an option to do this and scrolling will not work, any ideas

Open the lid of the car tank, attach a container as if you want to fill the car tank, then use the mouse wheel.
If you say it's not working for you, show a screenshot.

To get onto any roof, take the driver's seat out of your car (it must be the driver's seat you sat in most recently), then toss it up onto the roof. Once it's up there, press the M key and you will teleport to the driver's seat.

The scroll wheel thing should work for siphoning liquids. There should be three green or red arrows on the transfer showing which way the fluids are going, and scrolling up or down should change the direction of the fluid flow.

using an empty barrel/fuel can open the tank and move it like you are going to fill the tank, then roll your mouse wheel 1 click it reverses flow direction letting you empty the tank into a can
