Texture detail keeps dropping to awful quality

as the title says the texture quality keep dipping super low after a little bit of driving and it makes everything looks awful

After some more driving it reset back to nice graphics

And in multiplayer it super low all the time

Same here too, it's actually unplayable for me. Most of the time the textures are that bad that you can't even make out the dashboard and it looks worse than those "poly games". Luckily I'm just playing the demo for now but I would buy the game if the graphics (options) would work.
