ELDEN RING NIGHTREIGN

ELDEN RING NIGHTREIGN

This is Fortnite with Elden Ring skins actually
There is no sense of adventure in the current version of the game. The game is more of "FASTER THE CIRCLE IS UPON US! RUNNNNN" more than "Watch ThiS!" and die the next second. It felt fun but frustrating af as you can't play your own pace. Its already bad that no communication tool is available to coordinate and people are running all over the place but the sense of urgency due to the circle felt like more important than fighting you find interesting.

I would love to clap every monster and have the boss scale up the more monster and buffs I get than the current version of reaching the final circle with under level and bad RNG for weapons. Its insanely hard to get good bows as far as my experience go despite targeting camps with the right element. Most of my runs, even if I aim for certain elements, I end up with wrong element weapons. I dont even know if my ally have them because I cant check. The circle is coming. There is not time to browse that tab as allies will probably leave you while you are trying to leave. That fortnight circle is freaking annoying. I hope some change can be made about it or just remove it altogether and invent the "night" again. I really wish this is more of Monster hunter than Fortnite.

dropping from a really high area, in a circle closing down on you, there are rng loot mechanics, its multiplayer.

gamers: OMG FORTNITE
It's more like Risk of Rain 2 actually. Just cuz it's got the circle doesn't make it a BR.

Wrong in a sense that it is a PUBG mechanic, not Fortnite.

more bait... nice. look if you played the game you wouldnt be saying any of this ♥♥♥♥. just one battle royale mechanic doesnt make the game a battle royale. theres no pvp, theres 3 players max. its basically a boss rush game, its not a br.
Back under your bridge, OP, …
Im surprised people are more concerned what the game is more similar to something than the points that are important. Sure, its Risk of rain or PUBG, My opinion still stands on why I think its more fortnite than Elden ring. Its so clear that NightReign was deeply inspired by battle royal mechanics. The adventure experience has taken a backseat and the rush to get into the circle has became the most important thing. I wish people read the contents instead of just reading the title.

Wrong in a sense but also right in a sense. So which is which? We are really just arguing what label should be placed in this game? Wow.

a battle royale is a game in which several times are put into a singular map to fight over resources with the intent to compete with one another to be the best team.

As someone who played both and sees only a single similarity in form of the death circle (which dates back to Battle Royale movie), I am interested to know. What makes it Fortnite?

Brother I dont care if this game is a battle royal or not. I am frustrated that battle royal mechanics have taken the driver seat instead of the elden ring experience of adventuring.

I've played Apex for battle royals for reference. Now why do I think its more of fortnite than Elden ring. Whats happening in the game is you land, look for the next circle, find loots, get lucky and reach the final circle, beat the boss. Now what is Elden ring? Explore, fight boss at your convenience, use whatever build you want and beat the last boss.

With those as reference, I feel like the current game is more tilted to battle royale than Elden ring.

Why? It's not like the original Elden Ring game is gone. You don't have to play this.
