Most low-defense characters will just get one-shot by the large enemies, while the ones with heavy armor and weapons can easily tank and stagger them.
For faster and smaller nightlords having a fast ranged hitter makes the fight a lot easier so you don't have to chase them around. If you wanted to main a class and kill all the bosses... well you probably shouldn't. Some of them do allow for a bit of flexibility but overall you're better off just swapping to watever is most convenient, like revenant having super high faith and therefore good against gladius when using holy-damaging weapons.

So far Raider and Recluse are struggeling a bit more with the bosses for various reasons compared to the rest...Recluse can be quite fun or pain just from the spin of a wheel wheter or not you get the right trace absorbed which is difficult in trios, whereas Raider feels as if you fight with a clock above your head more so than other classes since you are almost bound to loose hp at a steady pace, especialy if you poise through attacks or use the skill to do so. No exp with Executioner, Revenant, Ironeye
