ELDEN RING NIGHTREIGN

ELDEN RING NIGHTREIGN

View Stats:
Random Crashing In-game only
First here are my specs:
Intel I7 14700KF
NVIDIA Ge Force RTX 4080 Super
64 GB Ram

Windows 11 [ Version 10.0.26100 }
Graphics Driver version 576.52

As the title suggests, I am constantly crashing to my desktop as I play. I tried checking my Windows Event Viewer to find little to nothing other than "Application Error".
I have tried a large plethora of options to fix this and none of succeeded, sadly. whether its "Running as Admin, Disable fullscreen opt., Run in compatibility mode, reinstalling the anti cheat, reinstalling direct X, checking for Windows C+ files. Changing NVIDIA control panel settings such as V-sync and limiting frame rate.
The list goes on right?

I got two questions to any that see
Anyone else in the same boat? & anything else I should try?
The two things I got left in my kit is roll back to an older driver or perform a clean install of windows 11 on this system.

Thanks for reading

I spent hours trying to find a fix, you have to downgrade your graphics card driver to the release in april, patch 566.36. All the 400 series graphics cards are having this issue with crashing

Same card same issue as well. Crashing non stop during sessions. Especially during boss fights. Crashes completely.

Im having a similar issue and that didn't fix it for me
Thank you, I hope that it'll work. Crashing randomly is so annoying Dx
Dang
Rolled back and still crashed.
Thanks again though for the help.

If anyone else got any idea, let me know.
RTZX4070 here and i7-8700k. Same story. Tried everything mentioned everywherre. It's just a buggy heap again.
Yeah same issue, also a 4080 super, i9-14900KF, I have an old 2060 I might try set up and see if it fixes the issue just to help get to the bottom of this. Before anyone asks, yes I’ve done literally everything, pc wipe (formatted drive and fresh windows), gpu drivers rollbacks, every setting in existence,

Tried running the game without anti cheat and it still crashed so it’s 100% not that.

Also no error in event viewer.
I'm having the exact same issue on RTX 4070. Tried lowering settings, restarting pc, forcing dx12. I'm not bothering with rolling back drivers because that doesn't seem to help everyone.

Fromsoft really should have let the game cook more for this alone.
4080 super, and it is the same. I think 70% of my runs finished at crash. The worst is that we don't get rewards. So it's just wasted time. Sad, because I had fromsoft at the top.
Hey guys, For anyone with this specific set up (4080 super, i9-14900KF), I just found a fix from the god nilbob.

Let me know if this fixes your issues.
"Well, after trying everything, it finally works for me. I enabled debug mode in the Nvidia Control Panel. It seems like some graphics cards are overclocked by default — and Miyazaki doesn’t like that. Hope this helps someone!"

Enable debug mode. like I said. It's in the Nvidia control panel. I really don't know how to do it in AMD if you are asking that.
