How do I die?

My team was fighting Morgott but we wiped. Both the other players disconnected and I'm stuck in the downed position. Morgott won't hit me anymore but since it's a boss fight the bar that decreases to kill you doesn't exist.

I tried crawling out of the arena to see if that would kill me and it *did*, but instead of ending the game it just respawned me back inside the arena with an additional bar filled, still downed. I tried crawling out with all my bars filled and it just respawned me back inside again.

I went to quit to titlescreen but the game said I would be penalized for leaving. Is there any other way to just go back to the Roundtable at this point?

Update: I was AFK for a while while I looked up solutions and eventually the game just kicked me for idling. So that's one way, I guess.
