When it says approximately 1 hour it will release between 1 to 2 hours. When it says within a hour, it's 60 minutes or less till release.

Right now it says approximately 1. In 20 minutes it will change to within a hour. So that means the release will be in 1 hour and 20 minutes.

Steam doesn't count per minute, but hour.

It releases at 6pm EST for PC, and midnight for consoles.

PC is a simultaneous release in most regions, console gets it at midnight in their respective timezone.

If you're in central EU you get both at midnight.
