60 FPS lock

Hearing this game has 60FPS locked. If this is true, this is a huge bummer

Smooth Motion on Nvidia - makes it feel like 120 fps. Try it with a previous DS title to confirm. That is what I did.

FromSoft's game engine is dependent on frame rate, all of their games are typically locked at 60 FPS...30 in their older games.

There are mechanics directly tied to it. I.e. in Dark Souls 2 if you uncap frame rate your weapons break way way waaaaay faster.

Almost every fromsoft games are capped at 60fps.

This was already an issue with Sekiro back in 2019.

AArmored Core 6 on the same engine supported 120hz officially by Fromsoftware. Idk what happened here but it is a shame
